Production Operators
Job Description
Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Operators with our client located in Bennington, VT. Production Operators perform essential roles for one of our premier clients, with pay rates starting at $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus available overtime. In this position, you will operate presses, insertion presses, and cathode formation stations according to the Process Operating Instruction Sheet (P.O.I.S.) and other specifications, perform precise machine setups and changeovers, inspect parts for quality compliance, and record production data on lot traveler tickets.

High School Diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of manufacturing or related experience required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
Good communication and basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Mandatory overtime may be required
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM (Monday–Friday)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM (Monday–Friday)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:15 AM (Monday–Friday)

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
