Key Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to follow teacher instructions and school procedures
- Skilled at fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
- Competence in assisting students with classwork, behavioral goals, and daily tasks
- Must pass background checks and meet local compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers with instructional and non-instructional activities
- Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students
- Monitor student engagement and behavior, encouraging positive participation
- Help prepare and organize classroom materials and resources
- Assist with supervision during recess, lunch, field trips, and transitions
- Contribute to a nurturing, respectful environment for all learners
