Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities, lesson preparation, and classroom management
  • Provide small group or one-on-one academic or behavioral support to students as directed
  • Help implement individual student support strategies and accommodations
  • Monitor student progress and report observations to lead teachers or specialists
  • Support students’ social skills development and positive peer interactions
  • Uphold all school protocols and confidentiality standards
