Convenience Store Associate

Chip's To Go is hiring for Store Associate positions for our convenience stores in Daphne, AL. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join us. Under the direction of the Store Manager or Shift Manager, the Store Associate is responsible for ensuring all customers have a Memorable shopping experience, maintaining impeccable store appearance, while providing fast service.\n

\nResponsibilities:\n
\n
\n* Provides efficient, friendly and fast service to customers.\n
\n* Assists in inventory control through stocking and counting.\n
\n* Ability to address customer concerns in a courteous and respectful manner.\n
\n* Takes direction well and understands the importance of working at a fast pace\n
\n* Adheres to safety regulations and food safety standards.\n
\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n
\n* Be 18 years of age or older\n
\n* Ability to lift up to 50lbs\n
\n* HS Diploma or GED equivalent\n
\n* Ability to stand for long periods of time\n
\n* Basic computer skills\n
\n* Exceptional customer service skills\n
\n* Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, reach, grab, climb and grasp for long periods of time with little to no breaks\n
\n* Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations\n
\n* Ability to refrain from social media and personal communication on electronic devices, during working hours is a must.\n
