Quick Facts Location: Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Brattleboro, VT Start Date: 08/15/2026 End Date: Varies (coverage ongoing) Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (varies) Hours/week: Full-Time Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certs: Board Certified in OB/GYN; BLS, NRP required Experience: 2+ years preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide full-spectrum women’s health care in an outpatient setting and on labor/delivery units Manage low and high-risk pregnancies, including VBACs and C-sections Perform a variety of OB procedures such as ultrasounds, fetal monitoring, and deliveries Conduct gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and open procedures Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure quality patient care Cover scheduled clinic visits, labor support, and emergency call shifts What You Need Board Certified in OB/GYN or Board Eligible Active Vermont medical license or ability to obtain one (IMLC candidates welcome) BLS and NRP certifications At least 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology experience Strong procedural skills in both low and high-risk obstetrics and gynecology About the Assignment Join a dedicated OB/GYN team in a community-focused hospital offering comprehensive women’s health services.
