Quick Facts Location: 45 Saint Lawrence Drive, Tiffin, OH, 44883, United States Start Date: 07/16/2026 Duration: Multiple ongoing coverage dates across Fall and Winter 2026/2027 Shift: On-call coverage, as needed Hours/Week: Varies based on coverage schedule Employment Type: Locum / Temporary Licensure: Ohio medical license, DEA Experience: Must be able to perform OB/GYN surgeries, including C-sections and D&Cs Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN on-call coverage at a leading hospital in Tiffin, Ohio Perform OB/GYN surgeries including scheduled D&Cs and emergency C-sections Assist in labor and delivery, triage, and patient assessments Manage GYN patients and handle outpatient and inpatient care Respond to obstetric emergencies with appropriate interventions Document all patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR system Ensure adherence to hospital and safety protocols What You Need Active Ohio medical license and DEA US Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Ability to perform C-sections and OB/GYN surgeries Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN experience within the last 3 years Strong clinical skills and excellent communication Ability to work flexible hours and on-call as required About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a hospital with 10 LDRP beds, a nursery with 12 beds, and a commitment to providing quality women’s health services. You will support on-call coverage on specific dates, ensuring continuous care for patients in a community hospital setting. Start date: July 16, 2026, with multiple upcoming coverage periods. Credentialing time is approximately 60-90 days, so early application is encouraged. Emergency temporary privileges may be available for qualified providers with a clean background and active licenses.
