Quick Facts Location: 1001 South George Street, York, PA 17403 Start Date: 09/28/2026 End Date: 12/28/2026 Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (06:15 – 16:45) Hours/Week: 40-50 hours Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: PA license or IMLC LOQ, ACLS, PALS Experience: 2+ years preferred; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $406.48 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursable expenses Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements, when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide cardiac anesthesiology services for a Level I Trauma Center Collaborate with surgeons and medical teams to deliver high-quality perioperative care Manage anesthesia in diverse surgical procedures, including complex cardiac cases Take night beeper call 1-2 nights per week Monitor and care for patients of all ages pre- and post-operation Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR Participate in on-call emergency services and team meetings What You Need Valid PA medical license or IMLC LOQ ACSL and PALS certifications Minimum of 2 years’ anesthesiology experience preferred Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment This position offers the opportunity to work within a major hospital near York, Pennsylvania, providing anesthesia services in a unit with a broad case mix, including cardiac and complex surgical cases.
