Quick Facts: Location: Stevens Point, WI Start Date: 07/17/2026 End Date: Ongoing Shift: Flexible days/times; Clinic and OR schedule Hours/week: 36 hours Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Medical license required; Board Certified/Eligible in Urology Experience: 2+ years preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: competitive pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements (if applicable) What You’ll Do: Provide full-time urology outpatient and inpatient care at clinic and hospital setting Perform scheduled surgical procedures (2-3 days per week) Participate in on-call rotation based out of Wausau (7-10 days/month, including one weekend) Support outreach clinics in Wisconsin Rapids (~1-2 days/month) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Document patient encounters accurately and timely Maintain compliance with hospital and health system policies What You Need: Active Wisconsin medical license and Urology board certification or eligibility Minimum 2 years of Urology practice experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules About the Assignment: This position offers a full scope of urological services in a vibrant healthcare environment. The provider will manage outpatient clinics, perform surgical procedures, and participate in call coverage, contributing to community health across Wisconsin.
