Quick Facts: Location: 1215 East Michigan Avenue, Lansing, MI 48912 Start Date: 09/01/2026 Duration: Ongoing based on assignments Shift: Day shift; Call Q3 (every third weekday and weekend) Hours/week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Locum Licenses/Certs: Board-Certified in Radiology (MD) Experience: Proven Interventional Radiology experience Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Benefits include: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate Lodging provided on campus if needed What You’ll Do: Perform interventional procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE Support additional procedures in orthopedics, gynecology, and urology as needed Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs in a Level I trauma center Manage a typical case load of approximately 8 cases per day Contribute to hospital-based IR services during scheduled shifts Maintain timely documentation and adherence to hospital protocols Provide coverage for scheduled call shifts and respond to after-hours needs What You Need: Required: MD or DO with valid state medical license in Michigan Board-certified in Radiology Prior IR experience and procedural skills Ability to commit to at least 3+ weeks per month (if traveling) Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Experience in trauma-level I facilities Familiarity with EMR systems (not specified) About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Lansing, MI, dedicated to providing top-tier hospital-based interventional radiology services.
