As part of our high-volume, full-service restaurant team, you’ll move with speed, efficiency, and a sense of urgency to clear and reset tables for service. As a Busser, you’ll support servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from start to finish.\n

\n
\nClear tables quickly with attention to detail, removing dishes, glassware, and cutlery\n
\nReset tables with clean silverware and plateware, maintaining consistent presentation\n
\nProvide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming experience for every guest\n
\nDemonstrate strong teamwork by supporting servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and guest requests\n
\nPerform dining area maintenance, including cleaning floors, sweeping and mopping as needed\n
\nComplete station setup and breakdown, stocking duties, and closing tasks, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation\n
\nSort and pre-sort dishware and utensils to support efficient operations\n
\nFollow instructions with accuracy and ownership\n
\nWork efficiently with speed and consistency in a fast-paced environment\n
\nCommunicate clearly and accurately with the front-of-house team to support a positive guest experience\n
\n
\nYour Background\n
\n
\nPrevious restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry experience preferred\n
\nFamiliarity with bussing, bar backing, food running, hosting or server assistant duties, a plus\n
\nDemonstrated commitment to providing a friendly and positive guest experience\n
\nDependable, reliable, punctual, and dedicated, with a passion for guest satisfaction\n
\nTeam player with strong communication and guest service skills\n
\nOrganized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively\n
\nWork well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude\n
\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist\n
\nMust be at least 18 years old\n
