Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP or SLP-CF credentials (no SLPAs accepted for this role)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in California school settings
- At least 1 year utilizing SEIS
- Experience managing large caseloads and referrals is crucial
- Prior supervision of SLPAs and facilitators preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred (not required)
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans using SEIS
- Effectively manage a high-volume caseload and incoming referrals
- Collaborate with and, where applicable, supervise supporting SLPAs
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students’ academic and communicative success
