Qualifications:

• Valid CCC-SLP or SLP-CF credentials (no SLPAs accepted for this role)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in California school settings
• At least 1 year utilizing SEIS
• Experience managing large caseloads and referrals is crucial
• Prior supervision of SLPAs and facilitators preferred
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred (not required)

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite speech-language therapy to K-12 students
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans using SEIS
• Effectively manage a high-volume caseload and incoming referrals
• Collaborate with and, where applicable, supervise supporting SLPAs
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students’ academic and communicative success
