Our organization is in search of a Wellness Director of Nursing to spearhead clinical care and wellness initiatives within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. This pivotal role involves overseeing nursing personnel, coordinating care strategies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while fostering resident-focused wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans for residents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Promote wellness initiatives centered around the needs of residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery.
• Mentor and support nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Monitor and evaluate quality metrics, infection control measures, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate staff development through effective coaching and training.
• Engage with families, physicians, and community resources to improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Working Conditions
