Quick Facts Location: 402 East 2nd Street, Duluth, MN 55805 Start Date: 07/17/2026 End Date: 08/31/2026 (potential for additional dates) Shift: 8-hour weekday procedures + weeknight call + 24-hour weekend/holiday call Hours/week: Flexible based on coverage needs Employment Type: Locum Tenens Licenses/Certifications: Minnesota medical license or eligibility Experience: Preference for prior Gastroenterology experience, especially in Advanced GI procedures Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated support team, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Perform advanced GI procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS (if qualified), and Flexible Sigmoidoscopy Cover inpatient, outpatient, and hospital services, including on-call responsibilities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care Manage emergent GI cases during 24-hour call periods Ensure timely documentation and follow-up for procedures and inpatient care Participate in scheduled and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed What You Need Valid Medical License in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology Experience with Advanced GI procedures (EUS preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Ability to commit to the assigned coverage dates About the Assignment Join a dedicated medical team providing expert gastroenterology care at a well-regarded facility in Duluth, MN.
