Quick Facts Location: Colorado Springs, CO (1400 East Boulder Street) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent placement Shift: Outpatient practice, flexible hours, shared call (1:2 weekends) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent, employed role License/Certs: Active CO medical license, board-certified in Gynecology Oncology required Experience: 3+ years preferred; new fellows considered Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $495,000 – $550,000 annually (details discussed at second interview) Pay Package: Competitive, with potential bonus incentives based on quality and productivity Benefits include: • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Malpractice coverage paid by employer • Generous CME allowance • Retirement plans with employer matching (403(b), voluntary 457(b)) • Paid time off, family and medical leave, and flexible scheduling • Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses What You’ll Do Provide outpatient gynecology and oncology care, including consultations, follow-ups, and treatment planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including nurse navigators, radiation oncologists, and pathologists Participate in clinical research trials and tumor board discussions Support new patient evaluation and ongoing management Engage in patient counseling and survivorship programs Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and teaching opportunities (optional) Practice at Memorial Hospital Central, a 368-bed Level I trauma center with advanced surgical technology What You Need Required: Valid Colorado medical license Board certification in Gynecology Oncology Minimum 3 years of experience in Gynecology Oncology (fellows encouraged to apply) Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Commitment to excellence and patient-centered care Preferred: Experience in research and clinical trials Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to operate in an academic and high-volume environment About the Assignment Join a highly regarded, physician-led medical group in Colorado Springs, providing specialized Gynecology Oncology services within a comprehensive care setting.
