Quick Facts: Location: 333 Pine Ridge Boulevard, Wausau, WI 54401 Start Date: 07/20/2026 End Date: 12/31/2026 Shift: Clinic Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; Night/Weekend call with occasional phone consults (no on-site requirement) Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: WI medical license preferred; willing to consider other licensed candidates Experience: Experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine or high-risk obstetrics Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide specialized maternal-fetal medicine consultation and management Collaborate with obstetrics and other healthcare professionals in clinic and hospital settings Manage high-risk pregnancies, including diagnostics and treatment planning Respond to call duties, including phone consults from hospital, with flexibility in coverage split Participate in urgent credentialing processes within 30 days Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with facility protocols Support patient education and comprehensive care planning What You Need: Wisconsin medical license (or eligibility/in consideration) Proven experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine preferred Ability to manage complex cases with discretion and professionalism Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality About the Assignment: This role involves delivering outpatient maternal-fetal consultations and high-risk obstetrical management at a leading facility in Wausau, Wisconsin.
