\n We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will administer anesthesia and perioperative care to a diverse patient population, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes throughout surgical procedures. Your expertise will support our mission to deliver top-tier vascular and limb preservation services with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
Duties

- Administer MAC (monitored anesthesia care) for various surgical and diagnostic vascular procedures. \n
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate anesthesia plans based on physiology, medical history, and procedural requirements \n
- Monitor vital signs, oxygenation levels, and other critical parameters during procedures using advanced medical equipment and EHR systems. \n
- Manage airway maintenance and respond swiftly to cardiovascular emergencies like cardiac arrest or respiratory distress with effective airway management techniques \n
- Ensure strict compliance with nursing procedures, HIPAA regulations, state Nursing Practice Acts, and hospital policies to maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop perioperative care plans that optimize patient outcomes across the outpatient setting \n
- Document all anesthesia-related activities accurately in medical records while adhering to NCQA standards for quality assurance \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current licensure in the state of practice \n
- Proven critical care experience in settings such as ICU or emergency response environments \n
- Strong knowledge of anesthesiology principles, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology \n
- Experience with airway management techniques, regional anesthesia procedures, and general anesthesia administration \n
- Skilled in medication administration, patient resuscitation, pain management strategies, and cardiac emergency response protocols \n
- Demonstrated commitment to healthcare infection prevention protocols and nursing policy compliance \n
- Ability to work effectively with the clinical team while maintaining a focus on patient safety measures at all times \n
