Insurance Defense Attorney

We are an established insurance defense firm seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and procedure-focused attorney to support both pre-litigation and litigation matters.\n

\nThe ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure (NRCP), Eighth Judicial District Court and Second Judicial District Court rules, including Nevada’s minors’ compromise process, as well as a general understanding of legal billing and coding practices. Experience communicating with insurance carrier clients is strongly preferred. Familiarity with U.S. District Court matters is a plus.\n

\nPlease include a writing sample, as this position will necessarily include briefing/motion practice as well as regular carrier reporting. Billable hour expectations, salary/hourly compensation, and remote-work opportunities are dependent on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.\n
