Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ (with rotations to Pomona, NJ) Start Date: Flexible End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; rotating call (including nights & weekends) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine; DEA; Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS) Experience: Prior MFM experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits: Salary: $650,000 annually Incentives: Up to $25,000 annual quality bonus CME: 5 paid days per year; $4,500 annually for CME, dues, and expenses Relocation: Up to $10,000 Paid Time Off: 224 PTO hours + 40 NJ sick leave hours Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance Additional: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient maternal-fetal medicine consultations at two locations in Atlantic City and Pomona, NJ Attend to inpatient consults at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s childbirth unit Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare providers Support prenatal screening, high-risk pregnancy management, and ultrasound reporting using GE Viewpoint and Cerner EMR systems Participate in rotating call schedule, including nights and weekends Support postpartum care and remote monitoring of diabetic and hypotensive patients Work within a Level III NICU environment (22 beds) and manage complex obstetric cases What You Need: Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine DEA license, Controlled Substance registration (CSR/CDS) NJ medical license or eligibility Experience in high-risk obstetrics and neonatal intensive care preferred Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset About the Assignment: Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in a modern clinical setting dedicated to excellence in maternal and neonatal health.
