Quick Facts Location: 1500 Southwest 10th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66604 Start Date: Negotiable End Date/Duration: Full-time, ongoing Shift: Day/Evening rotations (commonly 12-hour shifts) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Experience: Prior neonatal ICU experience preferred but not mandatory Pay & Benefits Salary: $275,000 – $360,000 annually (based on experience) Additional Compensation: Lucrative bonus program, including a second-year guarantee of $50,000 Benefits include: Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance Fertility Benefits (Progyny) Diabetic Management (Livongo) Telehealth & second opinion services (Teladoc) 401(k) with matching and profit sharing Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount) Life Insurance (Basic & Optional) Short & Long Term Disability Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Parental and Family Leave Employee Assistance Program Discount Programs and more (Pay package discussed upon application) What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care within a Level-III NICU environment Perform advanced therapies: High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Therapeutic Cooling, aEEG monitoring Collaborate closely with subspecialists in Cardiology, Neurology, Hematology, Ophthalmology, and Endocrinology Participate in patient care coverage, including on-call and weekend duties Engage as part of a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and NNPs Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols Support a community-oriented hospital providing high-level neonatal care What You Need Required: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Ability to obtain medical licensure in Kansas J1 visa holders accepted Preferred: Prior experience in Level III NICU setting Strong collaborative and communication skills About the Assignment This position is based at a leading facility in Topeka, Kansas, offering state-of-the-art neonatal services.
