Join the team at Tydfil House in Abergavenny as an experienced Registered Manager, where you will lead and develop the services to deliver specialist care.You will be working 37.5 hours a week at Tydfil House. Tydfil House is a specialist residential step-down care in Abergavenny. Tydfil House is a warm and supportive four-bed residential home in the heart of Abergavenny, designed to help adults step-down safely from hospital settings into community life. Our focus is on co-produced, person-centred rehabilitation that supports each individual to lead a meaningful and independent life.In this role, you will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the community multi-disciplinary teams, and other external stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of excellent care and operational performance, whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.You will have previous experience working within a residential care home setting.
