Freelance Building Surveyor Hospital Condition SurveysLocation: Ayrshire & Arran, ScotlandRate: £300£350 per day (Umbrella) + MileageContract: Freelance (Inside IR35)Start Date: 1st September 2026Duration: 3 WeeksAn established property consultancy is seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to undertake condition surveys across hospital sites within Ayrshire & Arran .This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor who is confident carrying out detailed building fabric inspections and recording survey data using Asseticom .The RoleYou will be responsible for completing comprehensive condition surveys across operational healthcare buildings, assessing the condition of building fabric and associated elements while accurately recording findings directly into Asseticom.Responsibilities Carry out detailed condition surveys across hospital buildingsInspect and assess the condition of building fabric and associated elementsRecord survey information accurately using AsseticomEnsure survey data is completed to a high standard and in line with project requirementsWork safely and professionally within live healthcare environmentsRequirements Previous experience carrying out building condition surveysExperience using Asseticom is essentialDegree qualified in Building Surveying or a related disciplineGood understanding of building construction, defects and maintenanceStrong attention to detail and accurate data capture skillsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehiclePackage £300£350 per day (Umbrella)Mileage reimbursedInside IR353-week contractStart date:1st SeptemberOpportunity to work on a major healthcare surveying programmeImmediate interviews availableTPBN1_UKTJ
