You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.Pay & Hours:£13.70 per hourDays & NightsShift Pattern Working to a rota covering 7am - 7pm or 7pm-7 am, 3 shifts per week.The Role:By becoming a Support Worker you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs;Reporting any safeguarding concernsPromote independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of lifePersonal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)Observe and record clients physical and emotional well-being reporting any changesAssist with meals and drinks to support our residents overall nutritionContribute and support during activitiesMaintain and develop professional relations with familiesCompleting all relevant paperwork in a timely mannerAssist with mobility and transferring safely e.g. from bed to chair.Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidenceRewards & Benefits:We believe great work deserves great rewards.
