We produce a wide range of market-leading dairy products and supply major retailers, wholesalers and foodservice customers nationwide.As part of our continued focus on attracting great talent, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our People Team supporting Mller Milk & Ingredients.The OpportunityAs a Recruiter, you will deliver a proactive, high-quality recruitment service across our Southern MMI operations, supporting key functions including Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Logistics.This role will primarily support our Bridgwater and Severnside sites, working closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment activity and ensure the business attracts and retains the best talent.Building strong stakeholder relationships is a key part of the role and, as such, regular travel between Bridgwater and Severnside will be required.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, managing multiple vacancies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective attraction strategiesProvide recruitment advice, guidance and market insight to stakeholdersAdvertise vacancies and utilise appropriate sourcing channels to attract talentScreen and assess applications, conducting interviews where requiredCoordinate and manage interview and selection processesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsDeliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment processEnsure recruitment activity is compliant with company policies, employment legislation and recruitment best practiceProduce and analyse recruitment metrics, providing updates and insights to stakeholdersManage agency relationships where appropriate and support efforts to reduce agency relianceWork collaboratively with HR colleagues and the wider Talent Acquisition team to achieve business objectivesWhat We're Looking ForEssentialPrevious experience managing end-to-end recruitment activitiesExperience gained within an in-house, agency or RPO recruitment environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to influence and build effective working relationships at all levelsExperience managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneouslyStrong organisation and attention to detailProactive and solutions-focused approachAbility to interpret and utilise recruitment data to support decision makingFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularlyWhy Join Mller?You'll be joining a collaborative Talent Acquisition team that plays a critical role in supporting the business through growth, operational excellence and talent acquisition.
