Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE Location: Leeds / Harrogate Area - with travel Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Qualification: Part-Qualified, Newly Qualified, Qualified or Qualified by Experience Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a growing project-led business with the appointment of a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad and commercially focused role offering the opportunity to support operational decision-making, improve reporting and provide valuable insights into business performance. Key Responsibilities * Production of monthly management accounts * Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting * Variance analysis and management reporting * Budgeting and forecasting * Cashflow and working capital reporting * Project profitability and performance analysis * Business partnering with operational stakeholders * Process improvement and strengthening financial controls About You * Part-qualified, newly qualified, qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE * Previous management accounting experience * Strong month-end and balance sheet knowledge * Experience producing budgets and forecasts * Advanced Excel skills * Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills * Commercially minded with a proactive approach Desirable Experience Experience within a project-led environment such as engineering, construction, manufacturing, contracting, facilities management, utilities or similar would be highly advantageous.
