About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and people-focused Onboarding Administrator to join a growing organisation that provides specialist support services, helping adults with a range of additional needs live as independently as possible within their communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all new starters.
  • \n
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process from offer to induction.
  • \n
  • Prepare contracts, welcome packs, and induction schedules.
  • \n
  • Arrange interviews and support recruitment administration.
  • \n
  • Complete right-to-work checks and compliance documentation.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • \n
  • Ensure all onboarding activities are completed within deadlines.
  • \n
  • Support managers with onboarding and employee administration.
  • \n
  • Coordinate training plans, inductions, and mandatory learning.
  • \n
  • Book and track training completion.
  • \n
  • Prepare promotion and internal progression documentation.
  • \n
  • Manage offboarding packs and associated administration.
  • \n
  • Respond to employee queries professionally and efficiently.
  • \n
  • Produce reports and support general HR administration.
  • \n

About You

\n

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR, recruitment, or onboarding.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • \n
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • \n
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • \n
