Senior Finance Business Partner

Reed Finance are delighted to be partnering with a leading further education organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner.

This is a key leadership role within the finance function, responsible for providing strategic financial support to senior stakeholders while leading a high-performing finance business partnering service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice and business partnering support to senior leaders.
\n
• Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.
\n
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
\n
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting.
\n
• Support business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic projects.
\n
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
\n
• Present financial information to senior management and governance forums.
\n
• Promote strong financial governance, controls, and compliance.
\n
• Contribute to the wider finance strategy and continuous improvement agenda.
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
\n
• Significant experience in finance business partnering, management reporting or strategic finance.
\n
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
\n
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing finance professionals.
\n
• Excellent financial planning, forecasting, and modelling skills.
\n
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
\n
