HR Generalist

HR Generalist Location: Central LondonSalary: £70-75kHours: 9am-6pm (3 days in the office, 2 from home) I am partnering with a fast-paced professional services company seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing People team. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a broad and varied role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, HR operations, and key people projects. What you'll do:\n

• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle
\n
• Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries
\n
• Support ER cases
\n
• Partner with managers to provide day-to-day HR guidance
\n
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
\n
• Maintain HR systems and employee records
\n
• Support the development of policies, procedures, and HR processes
\n
• Contribute to people initiatives across talent, performance, reward, and engagement
\n
• Drive continuous improvement across people and culture
\n

Who you are:\n

\n
• 7+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, People Partner, or HR Advisor role where you have managed end-to-end processes across employee lifecycle
\n
• Experience within professional services, financial services, or a similar high-performance environment is a must
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
\n
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
\n
• Degree educated
\n
