\nOn behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Personal Assistant for a 12 month contract based in London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

\nPurpose of the role:

- We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide interim support to a senior MB-1 leader within CB IB Operations & Controls. \n
- The successful candidate will provide proactive, high-quality administrative and organisational support in a fast-paced senior executive environment. \n
- The role will work closely with an experienced Senior Assistant as part of the broader support model for the MB-1 co-head structure. \n
Key Responsibilities

- Manage a complex and frequently changing diary, prioritising effectively and resolving scheduling conflicts. \n
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple locations and time zones. \n
- Organise travel, itineraries and associated logistics. \n
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas and briefing packs. \n
- Manage expenses, invoices and other administrative processes. \n
- Monitor correspondence and requests, following up on actions where required. \n
- Support leadership meetings, team events and senior stakeholder engagements. \n
- Liaise professionally with senior leaders, clients, colleagues and their support teams. \n
- Work closely with the Senior Assistant to provide consistent and effective executive support. \n
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. \n
Skills and Qualifications
\n- \n
- Proven experience supporting a senior executive, ideally at C-suite, Management Board, Executive Committee, MB-1, or equivalent level. \n
- Demonstrable experience within investment banking, , with an understanding of the pace, confidentiality, and stakeholder management required in these settings. \n
- Strong diary management, organisational, prioritisation, and administrative skills, including managing complex global calendars, international travel, and competing stakeholder demands. \n
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, demanding environment with frequently changing priorities and deadlines. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to build strong relationships and engage effectively with senior stakeholders. \n
- Demonstrated discretion, resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to handle highly confidential information. \n
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach, including partnering closely with another Executive Assistant. \n
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of accuracy and service. \n
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. \n
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, or a strong interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance executive support, streamline administrative processes, and improve ways of working. \n
