Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your experience in people-focused TOM design and implementation, working in either an advisory or programme leadership capacity.

• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite executives, to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support throughout the transformation process.
\n
• Lead workforce strategy initiatives and cost control programmes within an enterprise-scale organisation.
