Your Training and Development

\n

You'll follow a structured training programme covering:

• Recruitment fundamentals
\n
• Candidate sourcing and headhunting
\n
• Writing effective job adverts
\n
• Candidate qualification and screening
\n
• Managing recruitment processes
\n
• Using LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment technology
\n
• Building professional relationships
\n
• Business development and client communication
\n
• Understanding the Financial Planning and Wealth Management market

You'll initially work alongside experienced consultants, helping them deliver on active vacancies while developing the skills needed to manage your own recruitment desk.

The Role

\n

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and our database
\n
• Conduct candidate qualification calls
\n
• Match candidates with suitable opportunities
\n
• Write and manage job advertisements
\n
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback
\n
• Support senior consultants with active client vacancies
\n
• Build relationships with candidates across the market
\n
• Maintain accurate information within our CRM
\n
• Gradually develop your client-management and business-development skills
\n

This is designed to be the first step in a long-term recruitment career, and it's a proven route within our business.

You'll begin by learning how to source and qualify candidates, support active recruitment processes and contribute to successful placements. As you develop your skills and achieve the required milestones, you'll progress into a Recruitment Consultant position with responsibility for managing and growing your own desk.

From there, you can continue progressing through our structured career path into Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant and management-level roles.
