Property Administrator

Location: Sheffield – Ecclesall Road & Hunters Bar

Salary: Up to £32,000 Pro Rata

Hours: 3 Days Per Week | 9:00am – 4:00pm | Office Based

We're working with a well-established student property business in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Property & Lettings Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a role that combines administration, customer service, property management and coordinating multiple projects. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in ensuring both tenants and properties are looked after to the highest standard.

As Property & Lettings Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating student property viewings.
\n
• Supporting the tenancy process from enquiry through to move-in.
\n
• Carrying out regular property inspections.
\n
• Organising maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects.
\n
• Liaising with tenants, contractors and suppliers.
\n
• Coordinating annual student property changeovers.
\n
• Updating property information and maintaining accurate records.
\n
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout each tenancy.
\n

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
\n
• Able to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
\n
• Comfortable working independently and using their own initiative.
\n
• IT confident with good administrative skills.
\n
• Happy to travel between local properties in the Ecclesall Road and Hunters Bar areas.
\n

Previous experience within property, lettings, property management, facilities, hospitality or customer service would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
