Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Group Facilities, Quality & Safety Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business.
Our client is a leading provider of print, direct mail, fulfilment, data management, postage solutions and bespoke packaging services, supporting businesses across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business in a key leadership position. Although based from the Peterborough site, you will oversee five UK locations, ensuring the highest standards of facilities management, quality assurance and health & safety compliance across the group.
The Role
\nAs the Group Facilities, Quality & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across facilities, quality systems and health & safety. You'll work closely with senior management to ensure compliance, improve operational performance and create a safe, efficient working environment across all five sites.
This is a hands-on role that combines strategic planning with day-to-day operational support.
About You
\nWe're looking for an experienced manager who has worked within a manufacturing or production environment and can confidently lead multiple disciplines across several sites.

- Manage facilities across five UK sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and well maintained. \n
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and oversee contractors. \n
- Manage supplier relationships and service level agreements. \n
- Develop improvement plans to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. \n
- Manage facilities budgets and monitor expenditure. \n
- Ensure compliance with all statutory building and maintenance requirements. \n

- Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management Systems. \n
- Manage ISO standards, internal audits and customer quality requirements. \n
- Investigate non-conformances and implement effective corrective actions. \n
- Produce monthly quality reports and KPI analysis. \n
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve production efficiency. \n
- Maintain and update quality documentation and procedures. \n
\n - Health & Safety\n
- \n
- Lead Health & Safety across five manufacturing sites. \n
- Ensure compliance with all UK Health & Safety legislation. \n
- Conduct risk assessments, audits and site inspections. \n
- Lead incident investigations and implement preventative actions. \n
- Support site management with Health & Safety initiatives and continuous improvement programmes. \n
- Deliver and monitor Health & Safety training and compliance. \n
- Manage monthly Health & Safety reporting and performance metrics. \n

Essential Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Previous experience in a Facilities, Quality and Health & Safety management role within manufacturing. \n
- Experience managing multiple sites would be highly advantageous. \n
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and auditing. \n
- Excellent understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation. \n
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification. \n
- Strong leadership and people management skills. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between sites when required. \n
