Funds Paralegal - global investment firm

A leading global investment firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its London office on a permanent basis to support its transactions team across a range of private market investments.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers, you'll help coordinate deal execution, oversee AML/KYC processes, manage transaction documentation, and support signing and closing activities.

Key Requirements:

• Previous funds paralegal and/or transaction support experience.
\n
• A background in funds, investments, private markets, or a law firm preferred.
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
\n
• Exposure to legal technology or AI-enabled tools is advantageous.
\n
