Recruitment Administrator (Temporary Assignment – 6 Months)
\nSedgefield | On-site | £13.45 per hour
\nAbout the Role:
\nWe are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join a busy recruitment team on a 6-month temporary assignment, providing essential support across a high-volume recruitment function.
\nThis is a fast-paced, process-driven role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in supporting candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For:
\nRecruitment Administration
\n- \n
- Manage recruitment-related enquiries and act as a first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers \n
- Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities across multiple vacancies \n
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information \n
- Support onboarding and pre-employment screening processes \n
Systems & Data Management
\n- \n
- Work extensively with Microsoft Office applications, including: \n
- Outlook \n
- Excel \n
- Microsoft Lists \n
- Coordinate and maintain job advertisements across the intranet, careers website, and external online platforms \n
- Raise purchase orders using Microsoft D365 \n
- Maintain trackers, records, and recruitment reports \n
- Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential \n
Customer Service & Stakeholder Support

- Deliver a responsive and customer-focused service to candidates, managers, and external partners \n
- Build positive relationships across the business \n
- Keep stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process \n
- Support the successful delivery of recruitment activities within a fast-paced HR environment. \n
Administrative Support
\n- \n
- Process recruitment documentation accurately and efficiently \n
- Support invoice processing and purchase order administration \n
- Assist with reporting and recruitment metrics where required \n
About You:
\nYou are organised, resilient, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
\nYou'll bring:

- Experience working in a busy office or administrative environment \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams and Excel \n
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy \n
- Strong communication and customer service skills \n
- Confidence using business systems and learning new processes quickly \n
Desirable (but not essential):

- Experience of Microsoft D365 or similar systems \n
- Experience of Microsoft Lists \n
- Experience within recruitment, HR, or administration \n
- Experience processing purchase orders or invoices \n

Location & Working Pattern

- Based in Sedgefield, based onsite \n
- 37 hours per week \n
- Monday–Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00, Friday: 08:30 – 16:30 \n
