Job Description
A global creative agency is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to support the delivery of high-quality creative across digital, print and experiential campaigns.
\nThis is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, develop and get involved across a wide variety of creative projects. The team is particularly interested in designers with an industrial design, 3D design or technically creative background alongside strong graphic design ability.
\nRole: Graphic Designer
\nSalary: £34,000 - £38,000
\nLocation: London (Liverpool Street), 3 days per week onsite
\nWhat you’ll be doing:

- Design creative assets across social, digital campaigns, presentations, print and experiential projects \n
- Support campaign creative, artwork production and brand rollouts across multiple clients \n
- Contribute ideas and concepts across a range of creative briefs \n
- Work closely with creative, strategy and client teams to bring projects to life \n
- Support both graphic design and wider experiential or spatial creative work where needed \n
- Manage your own workload and priorities across multiple live projects \n
- Ensure strong attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables \n
What you’ll need:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience within a design role, internship or agency environment \n
- Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign \n
- A strong graphic design portfolio with good layout, typography and visual thinking \n
- Interest or background in industrial design, 3D design or technically focused creative work is highly desirable \n
- Ability to work across both conceptual and production-focused tasks \n
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback and develop quickly within a fast-paced environment \n
- Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude \n
This role would suit a creatively curious designer who enjoys both graphical and more technical design work, and wants to develop across campaigns, experiential and wider creative delivery.
