• Supervise all rigging activities within the assigned work area.

• Ensure all rigging work is performed in accordance with approved lift plans, method statements, permits to work, and risk assessments.

• Coordinate the activities of riggers, banksmen, signalers, crane operators, and other lifting personnel.
\n
• Conduct pre-job briefings and toolbox talks before lifting operations.
\n
• Monitor work practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
\n
• Stop work immediately if unsafe conditions or deviations from approved procedures are identified.
