Supply Chain Associate Director
Job Description
100% Remote - 12 month contract (inside IR35)
\nThis strategic leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end clinical supply chain across a portfolio of development programs, ensuring the successful delivery of investigational products to clinical studies worldwide.
\nWorking within a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with Clinical, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, and Project teams to drive supply chain excellence from early-stage development through to commercial readiness. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee forecasting, inventory and supply planning activities, manage significant budgets, and proactively mitigate supply risks across global programs.

- Significant experience in clinical supply chain management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector. \n
- Proven track record leading global clinical supply strategies for complex development programs. \n
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, clinical trial supply, and GxP requirements. \n
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional, international teams. \n
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. \n
