We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, lead site teams and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience supervising site-based or operational teams
\n
• Strong leadership and communication skills
\n
• A proactive approach to health, safety and quality
\n
• SSSTS or SMSTS
\n
• CSCS Card
\n
• Experience within construction, heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering or a similar operational environment
\n
