Role: Freight Forwarder - Road and Sea Freight

Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

Package: £32,000 - £37,000 + bonuses

We’re working with an industry leading forwarder in the Worcestershire area that are looking for an excellent and experienced Multimodal Freight Forwarder with Import/ Export experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Road and Sea Freight shipments from start to finish
\n
• Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
\n
• Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times.
\n
• Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
\n
• Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
\n
• Completion of Customs declarations - Import/ Export
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience working on Road and Sea Freight Shipments
\n
• Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs
\n
• Excellent customer service skills
\n
