This independent project management consultancy has achieved impressive year-on-year growth, steadily increasing its market share and building a client portfolio of leading private investors and developers across Central London.

As part of continued growth, they currently seek a Project Director-level Project Manager to take a lead role on a complex commercial refurbishment that has recently obtained planning plus wider exposure to hotel and retail projects with contract values £5m-£100m.

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
\n
• Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
\n
• Experience on a mix of new build and/or CAT A refurbishment
\n
• Chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent).
\n
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
