Head of Reward (15-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
\nLocation: UK, West London - 3 days a week hybrid working (Flexible Working Hours)
\nReports to: Chief People Officer / HR Director
\nDirect Reports: Reward and Payroll Team
\nSalary: £95,000 + 15% Completion Bonus
\nThe Opportunity
\nWe are looking for an experienced Head of Reward to join our People team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for shaping, delivering and evolving our global reward strategy across the UK and Europe.
\nWorking within a fast-paced technology environment, you will ensure our compensation, benefits and recognition programmes remain competitive, commercially aligned and compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nReward Strategy & Leadership

- Lead the development and execution of the company's reward strategy across the UK and European markets. \n
- Ensure reward programmes support business objectives, organisational growth and talent strategy. \n
- Provide expert advice to senior leadership on compensation, benefits, incentive design and market trends. \n
- Review and evolve salary structures, job architecture and pay frameworks. \n
- Lead annual compensation activities including salary reviews, bonus planning and benchmarking. \n
- Ensure reward policies are fair, equitable, competitive and aligned with company values. \n
Compensation & Benefits

- Oversee all compensation and benefits programmes across multiple European countries. \n
- Manage relationships with external reward and benefits providers. \n
- Conduct market benchmarking using external salary surveys and industry data. \n
- Evaluate and recommend new benefits to enhance employee experience whilst maintaining commercial viability. \n
- Ensure compliance with pay transparency and equal pay legislation where applicable. \n
Stakeholder Management

- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the business. \n
- Partner with HR Business Partners on reward-related decisions and organisational design. \n
- Present reward insights, recommendations and reporting to Executive Leadership where required. \n
- Lead and develop the Reward function, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. \n
