Procurement IT Outsourcing & Offshoring

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and outsourcing partners
\n
• Lead sourcing, procurement, outsourcing, and offshoring initiatives with minimal supervision
\n
• Manage RFPs, tenders, supplier evaluations, and vendor selection processes
\n
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements and objectives
\n
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract drafting and execution
\n
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders
\n
• Monitor market trends and identify sourcing, outsourcing, and cost-saving opportunities
\n
• Manage supplier performance and support category strategy development
\n
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and governance standards
\n
• Drive continuous improvements, savings, and efficiencies across the supply chain
\n
• Mentor and support team members as needed
\n

Requirements

\n
• University degree or equivalent; MCIPS preferred
\n
• 5+ years of experience in IT/ITO procurement, sourcing, outsourcing, and vendor management
\n
• Proven experience leading complex, high-value sourcing and outsourcing projects
\n
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, negotiations, and contract management
\n
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, and technology services agreements
\n
• Ability to manage end-to-end procurements independently and lead cross-functional teams
\n
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
\n
• Results-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
\n
• Proficiency with procurement tools and systems
\n
• Collaborative, adaptable, and professional team player
