\nRole Overview:
\nOur client is undertaking a significant global transformation programme to build an integrated workforce platform that will streamline operations and connect multiple business systems across international markets. As a Business Analyst within the Pay & Bill team, you will play a critical role in ensuring payroll, billing, and financial processes are accurately captured, designed, and implemented across a complex technology landscapes.
\nWorking closely with business stakeholders and third-party partners, you will own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, translating business needs into clear, testable solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile programme with genuine scope for future progression into a Product Owner role.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements gathering across global Pay & Bill functions, including payroll, billing, time and attendance, expenses, leave management, and system integrations. \n
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders. \n
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. \n
- Manage and maintain the requirements backlog, ensuring full traceability throughout delivery. \n
- Analyse current processes, identify gaps and risks, and design future-state solutions. \n
- Create AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, data flow diagrams, and supporting documentation. \n
- Define and document business rules covering payroll calculations, billing logic, expenses, leave, and compliance requirements. \n
- Support the development and maintenance of the Pay & Bill Target Operating Model (TOM). \n
- Define integration and interface requirements across multiple platforms and systems. \n
- Analyse data flows, complete data mapping activities, and support data migration requirements. \n
- Act as the primary business liaison across Finance, Payroll, Operations and IT. \n
- Support testing activities through the creation of UAT scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria. \n
- Contribute to governance, RAID management, and change impact assessments. \n
Key Skills required:
\n- \n
- Experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology, transformation, or systems integration programmes. \n
- Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and business process analysis skills. \n
- Excellent process modelling capabilities, including swimlane diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams. \n
- Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and data migration activities. \n
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, prioritised, and actionable requirements. \n
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. \n
- Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with experience managing multiple workstreams. \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving programme environment. \n
Salary:
\nSalary on offer is up to £70k/ annum pro-rata, plus excellent benefits including remote working opportunities.
