- Partner with business leaders on people strategy and workforce planning. \n
- Drive talent management, succession planning and organisational development. \n
- Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives. \n
- Provide guidance on employee relations and HR best practice. \n
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, support decision-making and improve retention. \n
- Support learning, development and recognition programmes. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- 5-10+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner role. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. \n
- Experience across performance management, employee relations and talent development. \n
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. \n
- Previous experience within financial services or another regulated environment is highly desirable. \n
- Previous HRBP experience supporting teams across the UK, EMEA, Japan and Singapore is essential. \n
Salary: Up to £130,000 + package
