Senior Energy Projects Solicitor

This is a rare opportunity, with a leading international law firm, for an experienced Energy Projects Lawyer seeking world class work in a supportive team.

In this varied role you will work across a breadth of privately and publicly financed international infrastructure and energy projects. You'll have exposure to cross sector work including hydrogen, carbon capture, use and storage, renewables, water, oil & gas and rail.

The ideal candidate will have proven commercial and governmental contracts experience including:

• Concession, supply, joint venture and offtake agreements
\n
• Funding and acquisitions
\n
• Sales and RAB arrangements
\n
• EPC and construction agreements (highly desirable).
