Product Manager

Match Bingo
Tunbridge Wells, ENG, GB Full Time

Job Description

Help shape our product and create a great experience for our players.

\n

\n

Why this role exists

\n

Match Bingo has a live product, UK licences, and fresh investment to support the next stage of growth. We have a talented engineering team building the platform, a growth team bringing players in, and a data team helping us understand how the business is performing. We're looking for a Product Manager to help us make the product even better.

\n

\n

Working closely with Engineering, Growth and Data, you'll identify opportunities to improve the player experience, turn ideas into well-defined product requirements, and help deliver features that make a measurable difference to engagement and commercial performance.

\n

\n

You'll report to the Head of Engineering and play a key role in shaping the future of Match Bingo.

\n

\n

What you'll be doing

\n

In your first 90 days

\n

\n

* Learn the product inside out, including every game, player journey and key customer touchpoint.

\n

* Work with the Head of Data to understand how our games perform, where players engage most, and where improvements can have the greatest impact.

\n

* Review the end-to-end player journey, identifying areas of friction and opportunities to improve the experience.

\n

* Spend time with the Games Operations team to understand how games are configured, launched and managed.

\n

* Work with the Head of Engineering to agree a prioritised roadmap of product improvements for the months ahead.

\n

\n

Over the following year

\n

\n

* Manage and evolve the roadmap for existing games, delivering regular improvements to gameplay, usability and player engagement.

\n

* Work with Engineering to define and deliver new features and game concepts from idea through to launch.

\n

* Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure CRM activity, in-game messaging and player communications support the overall product experience.

\n

* Plan and manage A/B tests to improve game mechanics and player journeys, using data to guide decisions.

\n

* Monitor product performance, including retention, engagement and ARPU, working with Data to identify opportunities for improvement.

\n

* Work closely with Engineering, Growth and Data to ensure product decisions are well informed, well prioritised and delivered effectively.

\n

\n

About you

\n

You'll probably have most of the following:

\n

\n

* A genuine interest in building products that customers enjoy using.

\n

* A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how product decisions affect customer behaviour and business performance.

\n

* Confidence working with data and using insight to support decision-making.

\n

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

\n

* Good communication skills, with experience working across engineering, marketing and analytics teams.

\n

* Experience using AI tools to support research, planning, specification writing and day-to-day problem solving.

\n

* A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a growing business where priorities can change quickly.

\n

\n

What we're looking for

\n

Essential

\n

\n

* Product management experience delivering digital products or features from discovery through to launch and ongoing improvement.

\n

* Experience working on consumer-facing products where engagement, retention and commercial performance were important measures of success.

\n

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear product recommendations.

\n

* Experience prioritising backlogs and working closely with software engineering teams.

\n

* The ability to write clear product requirements and user stories.

\n

* Ability to work from our Tunbridge Wells office for up to two days per week.
