\nSalary Guide: £85,000 - £90,000 plus car, bonus and package
\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful, privately owned, multi-site organisation embarking on a significant phase of growth and transformation.
\nThis newly created HR Director role will lead the people agenda across a growing portfolio of businesses, partnering closely with the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team to shape organisational capability, leadership, culture and workforce strategy.
\nThis is a rare opportunity for an ambitious senior HR leader looking to step into their first HR Director position, or an existing HR Director seeking a broader, commercially focused challenge.
\nThe Role
\nAs HR Director, you will:

- Develop and deliver a commercially aligned people strategy to support ambitious growth plans. \n
- Partner with senior leaders to influence organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability. \n
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development initiatives. \n
- Support organisational growth, integration and change across multiple business units. \n
- Strengthen HR operations, systems, governance and people processes. \n
- Lead and develop an established HR team while remaining close to the operational business. \n
About You
\nWe're looking for a commercially minded HR leader who:

- Has operated at senior HR leadership level within a multi-site or growing organisation. \n
- Can influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across diverse operational environments. \n
- Balances strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. \n
- Has experience across organisational development, talent, employee relations and workforce planning. \n
- Thrives in fast-paced businesses where relationships and commercial judgement are key. \n
Experience within engineering, manufacturing or another operationally focused environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
