\nRole Summary
\nReporting into the Managing Director, there is a strategic recruitment requirement to recruit a Head of HR. The purpose of this role is to lead the HR function with overall responsibility for:

- Strategic Leadership: Defining and implementing a HR strategy that is aligned to business growth aspirations \n
- People & Engagement: Driving an organisational culture aligned to company values that supports growth, transformation and employee engagement \n
- Operational Oversight: Leading the HR team, ensuring delivery of high-quality HR services \n
- Risk & Compliance: Managing HR risk, ensuring compliance with employment legislation \n
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Providing expert HR advice to leaders and managers across the organisation. \n
Experience Needed & Subjective Fit

- Notable Head of HR level experience – strong broad HR experience \n
- CIPD qualified with evidence of ongoing professional development on a continuous basis \n
- Deep understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice, with the ability to apply this in a pragmatic and business-focused way \n
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear and effective people strategies. \n
- Strong leadership capability, with experience of developing and leading high-performing HR teams \n
- A confident role model with proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, with credibility at Board and Executive level \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, inspire and build trust across all levels of the organisation. \n
