Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE

Working Pattern: 4 or 5 days per week (flexible)

KnoWho are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic, family-run communications and events business in Cheshire as they look to appoint an Office Manager to become the heartbeat of their team.

This isn't your typical Office Manager role. The Role

\n

This is a hugely varied position that combines office management, people administration, culture and business support. You'll be at the centre of the business, ensuring the team have everything they need while helping shape an environment where people can do their very best work.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring it's a welcoming, organised and enjoyable place to work.
  • \n
  • Becoming the go-to person for the team, always willing to help and finding solutions to whatever comes your way.
  • \n
  • Helping build and nurture an outstanding company culture where people genuinely enjoy being part of the business.
  • \n
  • Organising team socials, celebrations, away days and wellbeing initiatives.
  • \n
  • Coordinating internal workshops, lunch & learns and company-wide meetings to keep the team connected and engaged.
  • \n
  • Supporting HR administration, including onboarding new starters, maintaining employee records and assisting throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • \n
  • Coordinating office suppliers, facilities and day-to-day operations.
  • \n
  • Supporting the leadership team with administration and business projects.
  • \n
  • Managing office budgets, ordering supplies and keeping everything running efficiently.
  • \n
  • Continually looking for ways to improve processes, streamline operations and make life easier for everyone around you.

About You

\n

We're looking for someone who thrives on creating brilliant experiences for others. Someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys bringing people together and is happiest when everything is organised, running smoothly and the team are smiling.

You'll likely have experience in an Office Manager, Workplace Manager, Team Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, People & Culture or HR Administration role, but more importantly, you'll be someone who loves making things happen.
