Freelance Project Manager – £20m Industrial Project – Warrington Area

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million industrial construction project in the Warrington area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering large-scale industrial or manufacturing developments safely, on programme and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project.
\n
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and the client throughout the construction phase.
\n
• Oversee programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
\n
• Chair progress meetings and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
\n
• Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
\n
• Drive project performance to achieve programme and commercial objectives.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Significant experience delivering projects valued at £15m+.
\n
• Main contractor background preferred.
\n
• Strong leadership, planning and client-facing skills.
\n
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
\n
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery.
